Marlyn Sanchez can be described as a young, elegant, enchanting performer with an angelical voice. She is a Cuban-American whose drive and passion for the arts sets her apart from the rest. Her unique style can be described as an eclectic blend of a lyrical soprano with a contemporary flair. A native Floridian, Marlyn started singing professionally at the age of fifteen. She studied voice and trained classically for over eight years. While attending high school she performed professionally in several musicals throughout South Florida. This experience led Marlyn to discover her love for music and performance and has been performing ever since. Marlyn was last seen at The Stage Door 26th Street Theater and The Cuillo Center in West Palm Beach, playing the lead in  Respect: A Musical Journey of Women. Marlyn’s melodic voice has earned her a great following. She currently tours and stars in her one woman show booking at conventions, private parties, and jazz clubs. In late 2005, Marlyn listened to her fans, and produced a Christmas CD entitled “In the Spirit of Christmas.” The success of the album has launched her to pursue an original debut album that incorporates her style. Marlyn Sanchez is very excited to continue her dream of recording and performing for audiences everywhere. She believes that music is the quintessential connection of human emotion and spirit.
